Following on from his first collaboration with NoBrow, a live-painting with Mc Bess at the Hayward Gallery, illustrator Ugo Gattoni has unveiled his new book with the London based publisher. The intensely detailed monochromatic tome celebrates the bicycle in all it’s incarnations in a wonderously reimagined London cityscape with couriers, commuters, mothers and bicycle thieves competing against one and other in a cycle race.

Begun on a five metre length roll of paper and progressing at a rate of about a metre a fortnight, ‘Bicycle’ is presented in it’s entirety, as a concertina serving a dual purpose as both a book and a frameable print.
